I spent nine days trying to get this specific shot. I took 900 images to finally capture this beauty; experimenting with shutter speed to freeze the water. I love this bull, I call him Boss, he's 4 yrs old in this shot and I followed his life until he was 9 yrs old. In this shot, the bull is lowering his head into the water grabbing mouthfuls of aquatic plants, over and over - he was particularly hungry this day. Boss and I became friends over the years, but as a true wildlife conservationist I kept my distance and let my lens do the work.
