Moose With A View
The photo shoot with this bull began on lower ground quite a distance from the hilltop view. We were excited to find this particular moose, he’s typically very difficult to locate and his antlers are extremely unusual. The bull was following a Mother moose and her baby thru some thick cover and we thought for sure they would bed down in the thick stuff, ending the photo session.
Where that cow moose took this bull that evening is a photographer’s dream. The thick cover slowly opened up to this expansive opening with a wonderful mountain view. Yet another memorable moment in the woods of Alaska.
